Velumi Digital Studio provides website development, SEO, branding, social media, digital marketing, and maintenance services as agreed in individual project proposals or contracts.
Project scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal prior to work beginning. Deposits are typically required to reserve project start dates, with remaining balances due on agreed milestones.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Velumi retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Velumi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites or marketing services, including third-party platform or algorithm changes.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Velumi Digital Studio is registered.
